A book doesn’t just happen. It takes a team of people to love, support, and nag you to get the job done (my children's friends are some of my harshest critics on procrastination).
Three years ago, after I finished my first draft of WHERE THE GRASS GROWS BLUE, my husband surprised me with this painting. Though he’s never read my manuscript, even to this day, he knew enough that this one piece of art would mean the world to me.
There’s something magical about seeing your muse every day, inspiring you. But nothing compares to that special someone who loves you enough to make it happen.
This painting is pushing me through my content edits for my publisher. I’m almost there! THIS is my inspiration.
What inspires you?
Until next time….
